11 Questions to Understand Driving anxiety
It can be incredibly hard to continue driving when all you feel is scared. There are many ways overwhelm can show up and to varying degree's. When I first started struggling to drive, I didn't even know what driving anxiety was, let alone that I had it.

It can feel very real to you regardless of if you're in the car or trying to get to sleep. Physical panic that feel's like you're going to pass out or even have a heart attack can be frightening, often leaving you fearing for your life. Worrying about how you'll do your job or get the kids to school can consume hours of your time. Not to mention the extra time to take the long way home, avoiding busy junctions or motorways. Or if you have experienced an accident, a near miss or have already suffered a panic attack. You might resonate with feeling trapped whilst driving home, making driving almost unbearable.
These 11 questions have been designed to give you a better understanding of how it feels for you. What steps you can take to reduce overthinking, panic and overwhelm so that you can start to get your confidence back. And if feel like you never had it, start building the belief that you are a confident driver who can enjoy the freedom of driving.
